Crestluminar S.A. ("Crestluminar", "we") guarantees the protection of personal data processed through crestluminar.com, in compliance with Law No. 25,326 on Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and Disposition 3/2024 of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

Crestluminar S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71829401-8, with registered address at Av. Eduardo Madero 1020, Floor 14, C1106ACV, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected.
2. Data we collect
We collect the full name and email address voluntarily entered in the subscription form, as well as technical navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytical cookies.
3. Purpose
The data is used exclusively for sending the executive newsletter, B2B commercial communication, statistical analysis of the site and compliance with applicable legal obligations in Argentina.
4. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion (Law 25,326, arts. 14-16) by sending a written request to contacto@crestluminar.com. The AAIP is the competent supervisory authority.
5. Retention period
The data is retained during the duration of the relationship with the subscriber and up to 5 years after unsubscription, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
6. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures in accordance with AAIP Resolution 47/2018: TLS encryption, access control, backups and permanent monitoring.
7. International transfers
International transfers are only carried out to countries with an adequate level of protection or through contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.
